Refund policy

If you wish to receive a refund for a defective product, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for personal reasons.

  • Since this is a vintage item, some signs of use, fine wrinkles, fraying, etc. may occur. Please understand this when you purchase the item. Please note that scratches that can be seen in the pictures on the product page and minor damages are not subject to order cancellation, returns, or exchanges.
  • Please note that the color of the product image may differ slightly from the actual color. 
  • Please open the package as soon as possible after the arrival of the product and check the product conditions.
  • When returning an item, please return all items that were shipped. This includes all included items such as guarantee cards.

Returns or exchanges are not eligible

  • Obviously different or defective from the photo on the product page (excluding wrinkles or loss of shape due to processing, delivery, or storage)

Returns or exchanges are NOT eligible

  • Customer's own reasons (size, colors and etc)
  • Damaged or scratched due to the customer's responsibility, or in which the item has been used even once
  • Soiled or damaged in shipping
  • Underwear and swimwear


In case of defective items, we will respond with a refund of the defective item after confirming the defective item with a photo attached to the e-mail sent within 7 days after arrival.

Return Procedure

1: Within 7 days of receiving the product, send us an e-mail with the following information

  • Your name
  • Home address
  • E-mail
  • Product name and number
  • Defective part (please describe it with clear photos)
  • Order number (found in the order confirmation email sent to you)

2: As soon as the email is confirmed, we will guide you through the refund procedure.
